Nauvoo, Illinois

It looks like Chris and I have had a crazy summer, I don't know why it has been so busy. This weekend we decided to go visit Nauvoo. We met with the Hutchinson's and the Booths. They are two of Chris's favorite families from the mission. We had a great time! I love this place because it reminds me of all the sacrifices the Saints made for the gospel! It was the second time visiting for both of us! I went in High School when I was a junior with my family! This place testifies that Joseph Smith is a Prophet of God! I loved going with Chris because he knew all the cool stories to tell me along the way! We walked the Hope Trail where the saints left Illinois, it was amazing reading their entries in their journal! It makes me realize I have such little faith! Oh and by the way, I chopped my hair off again!
