November...where did you go?

I feel like November flew by...so here is a quick recap of our last couple of weeks....

I love this time of year
We put up Hudson's first Christmas tree..he loves the lights and tries to pull on the ornaments!

Hudson turned 4 months old...
His stats are
15 lbs...50%
26 3/4 inches long...92%
17 inches head...75%
He has rolled over, laughs, grabs everything he sees, puts everything in his mouth, loves to have our attention, sleeps from 9pm to 9am ( I know I am lucky), and talks to me all day long. He really is such a great baby! He has such a sweet temperment! He must get it from his mom :)

Thanksgiving
Since we have lived in Illinois we haven't had a traditional Thanksgiving. We don't have family out here, so a big group of us head out to a really nice restaurant called the Entourage. It has amazing food, the chocolate covered strawberries are to die for..I think I ate twenty! After we ate we headed over to our friends April and Chad's house to play games and eat pies. Everyone here has become our family. We really feel blessed to have found such great friends. Chris and I have so much to be thankful for this year, especially Hudson.

Our Illinois Family

Chris went to play Turkey Bowel with the ward early in the morning...he came back like this. It turned out to be mud football!
